Make Your Wedding Day PERSONAL!!

No matter what your budget and guest count, we find the most memorable weddings are the ones where the bride and groom have thoughtfully considered one or two unique touches that offer insight about who they are (now) as a couple. For their guests, it’s a great way for them to get to know your new significant other! It doesn’t have to cost significant dollars to do something that will be remembered.

One of our first couples tied in their enjoyment of wine and travel to personalize each table name, with a picture of the bride and groom in their dating days from various trips they took together mounted on their favorite wine bottles. I distinctly remember guests walking from table to table to check out different places around the world, and it really brought unfamiliar guests together in conversation. Another bride and groom loved champagne so, (owning their own bubbles bar) and each of their tables had a different brand of champagne in ice buckets, serving sweetly as both their table name and a refreshing centerpiece too!

Others tie in their love of music or a food they favor. We have hosted weddings with swing dancing, an espresso or Italian soda bar, and the coolest DJ spinning their favorite vinyl.

Coming up this fall, we have couples tying in Spanish Talavera tiles on their invites and table decor, matching their own home and decision to host their wedding here at a Spanish hacienda–displaying their own love of this architecture. Another with a complete Tuscan theme and yet another serving their favorite pig out food, Vietnamese, so their guests might experience something new with a twist. I know Tony and I are looking forward to host a fun crab feast themed dinner this October. There are so many great ideas to give your guests an insider’s experience of what you love, besides each other of course!
